Collector’s Club

Points are added to your account every time you purchase. Each £1 spent equates to 1 point.

Points are valid for 12 months from the end of the month in which you place your order. For example - if you place an order on 12th March 2024, the points from that order will expire on 31st March 2025.

Once you reach the required number of points, you will enter a new tier. You will remain in that tier for a minimum of 12 months, unless you obtain enough points to reach the next Tier. After 12 months, if you have enough valid points to remain in that tier, your membership will renew for another 12 months. If you no longer have enough points for that tier, you will drop down a single tier. So if you enter Tier 3 and after 12 months you have 1,000 valid points, you will remain in Tier 3. If after 12 months you only have 60 valid points, you will drop down to Tier 2.

Points hold no monetary value and cannot be used against a purchase.

Points earned from orders placed using the same email address used when creating an account will be automatically added.

It’s essential that you use the same email address for every order so that points are added to the correct account. If you do have orders placed across multiple email addresses please contact customercare@kingandmcgaw.com and we can help merge them.

You'll receive rewards on an ad hoc basis throughout the year and they are distributed via email. Instructions on how to redeem each reward will be included in the relevant email.

Amounts spent using gift cards do not earn points.

The only orders which will appear within the 'Your Orders' section are orders placed whilst logged in. However, points will be added to your Collector's Club account for all orders using the same email - regardless of if you are logged in.
