Shipping & delivery

All of our products are shipped from the UK, allowing us to offer you low cost shipping fees no matter the size or weight of your order.

Shipping within the UK is £8.95 in total for framed orders and £3.95 for unframed orders and stationery. Unframed items can also be sent by express delivery service at a cost of £6.90.

Prices for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout (no registration required).

For UK destinations all framed prints are shipped with our Express service as standard at a cost of £8.95 per order. This is normally a next-working day service after despatch to most of the UK.

For UK destinations we ship unframed print and stationery orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If you'd like your order to be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day after dispatch, we can send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £2.95. This is normally a next working day service for most addresses within the UK (excludes offshore and some remote addresses). Please note, the Special Delivery service speeds up transit but doesn't affect order processing times.

For overseas orders we ship unframed prints orders by Registered AirMail. If you'd like your order to arrive more speedily we can send it to selected destinations by courier. You will see the availability and cost of this service when you checkout. Please note that selecting the courier service does not alter the estimated dispatch date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse.

Due to postal service limitations, oversized unframed prints (where the shortest dimension of the package is more than 84cm – this correlates to the shortest side of your print) are sent by our Express service. You will always see the shipping cost when you checkout.

Remember that you can send an email gift voucher at any time, straight to the recipient's inbox.

You will see predicted despatch times on each product page and the expected despatch date for your order on the checkout page. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date. Please note that the 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse.

We also offer an express service for unframed print orders and can ship your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day for an additional cost.

If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible. Whilst we keep large stocks and do everything we can to make sure that all items seen online are available, sometimes items may go out of stock temporarily.

No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

All prices shown include VAT at the standard UK rate. Orders shipping outside of the EU will not be subject to VAT, so the total price will reflect that. In all cases, you will see the VAT rate and amount to be charged when you checkout.

Orders shipped to EU countries (exc. Cyprus) will be shipped on a 'Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)' basis, meaning that in most cases, no local taxes or duties will be payable.

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply send an email to customercare@kingandmcgaw.com with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away.
